Explore our leading educational tangible coding units and high-precision automation systems, engineered for immediate global deployment.
Muharraq, historically celebrated as a center of culture and trade in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has rapidly transformed into a strategic industrial gateway. Positioned adjacent to the Bahrain International Airport and the state-of-the-art Khalifa Bin Salman Port, Muharraq's Special Economic Zones and the Salman Industrial City facilitate exceptional logistics and assembly infrastructure. This unique geographical advantage enables advanced robotics manufacturers to set up agile, export-oriented factories targeting both Middle Eastern and global markets.
Leveraging Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030, Muharraq-based manufacturing facilities have aligned themselves with high-tech automation and educational technology (EdTech) exports. By incorporating cutting-edge surface-mount technology (SMT) lines, rigorous testing booths, and localized firmware optimization services, these factories meet the surging demands for child-friendly screen-free robotic systems. Our localized support guarantees quick delivery times, seamless customs clearance, and adherence to Gulf Standard Organization (GSO) safety regulations.
Pioneering mentor-led programs and interactive hardware structures designed to foster the innovators of tomorrow.
Buddy Robotics is a youth-focused organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of science and technology leaders. Through engaging, mentor-based programs, we provide young people with opportunities to explore robotics, engineering, and innovation in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Our programs combine hands-on learning with teamwork and problem-solving challenges. Students work together to design, build, and program robots while developing critical thinking, creativity, and technical skills. By participating in our activities, students gain practical experience that prepares them for future studies and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
The mission of Buddy Robotics is to inspire young people to become science and technology leaders and innovators. We achieve this by engaging students in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills, encourage innovation, and foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.
We believe that when young people are given access to meaningful opportunities, mentorship, and collaborative experiences, they can discover their potential and become creators of the future.
Beyond technical knowledge, Buddy Robotics emphasizes the development of important life skills. Participants build confidence, learn effective communication, and develop leadership abilities while working with mentors, volunteers, and peers. Our goal is to help students grow not only as innovators, but also as responsible and collaborative members of their communities.
At Buddy Robotics, we instill the value of Gracious Professionalism™ at every opportunity. We expect, require, and reward conduct—both on and off the field—that reflects the highest standards of professional respect, integrity, and courtesy. Participants learn that success is not only measured by results, but also by how we treat others.
Our mission is to inspire rather than formally educate. Through participation in our programs and events, students naturally develop a remarkable range of creative, technical, and analytical skills. They also build social intelligence through teamwork, communication, and shared problem-solving experiences.
Our programs encourage both cooperation and competition. Teams strive to perform their best while also supporting and collaborating with other teams. This concept of Coopertition® teaches students an important real-world lesson: progress is often achieved when people work together, even while competing.
Buddy Robotics celebrates diversity and inclusion. Our participants reflect the rich diversity of contemporary society, and we believe that innovation thrives when people from different backgrounds come together. Our programs are volunteer-led and volunteer-driven. Dedicated mentors, educators, and community members generously contribute their time and expertise to support and guide students.
Delivering high-precision tangible interaction systems through robust optical identification and sensor fusion.
Utilizing bottom-facing optical identification (OID) cameras, these screen-free tools read micro-dot codes printed on interactive map grids. This guarantees precise coordinate calculation without the need for Wi-Fi or screen interventions.
Physical coding blocks or controller cards utilize embedded RFID chips and direction sensors. Children program by physically arranging cards, executing commands via a capacitive reader wand or direct Bluetooth connection.
Equipped with premium Lithium-Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) or high-capacity lithium-ion battery packs, providing up to 8 hours of continuous school-room usage. Integrated smart battery management systems prevent overcharging.

How Muharraq factories bridge early logical coding toys with commercial delivery service systems.
At first glance, a preschool kid's coding robot and a multi-floor food delivery robot seem to belong to separate domains. However, from a control systems engineering perspective, they share the same architectural pillars: pathfinding algorithms, sensor-fusion inputs, state machines, and obstacle avoidance.
In Muharraq's advanced R&D centers, researchers test how tangible blocks program miniature delivery simulations. A child placing an "arrow left" card is doing the same programming logic that a service robot executes when routing through complex office buildings. By designing both hardware categories, our factories build an integrated lifecycle of robotic understanding, from K-12 classrooms up to large-scale hotel and office automation.
This holistic industrial approach allows us to reuse high-precision components. The high-reliability wheel encoders, shock-absorbing gearboxes, and micro-controller modules developed for our commercial food delivery series are miniaturized and integrated into educational kits. The result? Unparalleled durability and performance in educational settings that other manufacturers simply cannot match.
